The Agency Tributaria raised from 30,000 to 50,000 euros, the limit exempt from the obligation to provide guarantees in the requests for postponement or fractionation of payable tax, as well as other debts of a public nature that manage other bodies of the General Administration of the State and autonomous entities.
This measure should be published in the OFFICIAL state gazette today, march 31, 2023, but will not take effect until the next April 15, 2023.
The requests for postponement and the fraction that are in the processing to date April 15, 2023 will continue to be governed by the regulations in force on the date of submission of the corresponding application.
