In compliance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, concerning the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (“European Regulation on the Protection of Data”, hereinafter), and in the Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce (Law 34/2002, hereafter), we inform our customers that the personal data that you provide us, as well as those arising out of the development of the relationship between the provision of legal services, will be treated with the purpose of managing the contractual relationship, and provide the contracted services, as well as to make the subsequent monitoring of the matter that is convenient in the interest of the customer and their best defense and legal advice. Likewise, the personal contact information of our clients will be treated with a commercial purpose or of direct marketing, in order to keep them informed of any new or event legal that may be of your interest, and keep the contact and the commercial relationship with them.

2.- Legitimation of treatment
The legal basis that enables BA Lawyers for the processing of the personal data of its customers for commercial purposes or in direct marketing, is the legitimate interest of the Company to keep them informed of any new feature that may be of interest, and to maintain the contact and the commercial relationship with its customers.
3.- Duration of treatment
