On 8 march 2024, coinciding with the International Women's day, is called in Catalonia, a general strike of a feminist to denounce a set of claims in the employment, economic and social in defense of the equality of rights of the women workers, and that the various trade unions have organized.
We remind you that in accordance with the provisions of article 28.2 of the Constitution española all workers, both women and men, have the fundamental right to be a strike. That's if, they are deducted from the payroll of the month the proportional part of the salary corresponding to the day of the strike.
It must also be noted that the worker does not have the obligation to preavisar to the company that will strike.
